Dispatched around the clock

Emergency commercial maintenance in Miami

Something has failed and it cannot wait until Monday. Call (786) 628-9227 and you will get a person, a trade and a response window.

Call, do not submit

The form is not monitored overnight

For anything urgent, phone us. The contact form reaches a person during working hours and is the right route for quotes, scheduling and planned work, but it is not watched at two in the morning. An emergency belongs on the phone.

One number covers every trade, so you do not need to work out whether a ceiling coming down after a leak is a plumbing problem or a drywall problem. Describe what you can see and we will send the right trade.

What we treat as an emergency

If your situation is on a "call now" list, ring us whatever the hour. If it is on a "can wait" list, morning is fine and it will usually cost you less.

Locks and access control

Attended by our technicians

Call now:

Can wait for morning: A key that has become stiff but still turns. A keypad code that needs changing during business hours.

Glass

Attended by our technicians

Call now:

Can wait for morning: A cracked interior partition. A sealed unit that has fogged between the panes.

What happens

From your call to a technician on site

  1. Someone who works here answers

Out of hours too. You describe what is failing and we work out which trade it needs, which is our problem rather than yours.

  2. You get a window and a rate

A real arrival window and the rate, both before anyone is dispatched. Attending is chargeable, so you get the number first rather than afterward.

  3. We limit the damage

Where it helps, we talk you through isolating a supply or protecting stock while the technician travels.

  4. It gets documented

Photographs, what was done and what still needs doing, filed when the job closes.

Common questions

Calling us out of hours

What counts as an emergency?

Anything that stops you trading, puts stock at risk, or leaves the property unsafe or insecure. If you are weighing it up at nine in the evening, call us. We would rather talk it through and tell you it can wait until morning than have you sit on something that gets worse overnight.

How fast will someone actually arrive?

We give you a response window on the call and hold to it. The window depends on the trade, where the property is and what is already running, and if the honest answer is three hours rather than one you will hear that right away. A real window you can plan around beats an optimistic one you cannot.

Do you charge more for after-hours work?

Out-of-hours rates apply outside normal working hours, as they do across the trade. You will be told the rate before anyone is dispatched, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.

Can you help over the phone while someone travels?

Often, yes. Isolating a water supply, killing power to a circuit, shutting a walk-in door and leaving it shut, moving stock to another cold space. None of it is a repair, but any of it can stop the damage growing in the half hour before a technician reaches you.

Do you cover all of Miami-Dade at night?

Yes. Emergency dispatch runs across the county around the clock. Travel time varies, and building access is often the real constraint in Brickell towers and gated industrial parks, which is why we start that conversation on the first call.

What should I have ready when I call?

The property address, what is failing and roughly when it started, and how to get in after hours. Equipment make and model helps if you have it on hand, and so does knowing whether building management needs to approve access.

Most emergencies announce themselves first. Every symptom above links to what to check and what to stop doing while you wait, and the wider set is in our field notes. If you are not sure which trade a symptom belongs to, browse commercial building problems by where they show up. Worth reading before the night you need them: what to have ready when you call out of hours, and the quarterly walk that catches most of this early.

Staff who are on site when something fails can work from a printable page of first steps, the front desk emergency card.
