This site is operated by TrionX Services LLC, a commercial facility maintenance company working across Miami-Dade County. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this website.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the service request form, that is your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, property address, the trade and urgency you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. The vendor setup form asks instead for your role, the certificate holder's name and address, and any additional-insured wording.
Both forms also send two details you do not type: the page you submitted the form from, and the website that referred you to this one, or the word "direct" when there was none. They tell us which page produced a request. Nothing is stored on your device to do this.
Separately, the site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without setting a cookie. It records the page you viewed, the site or search engine you arrived from, your country, your browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not set a cookie, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other websites and does not build a profile of you.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, quote and schedule work, dispatch the right licensed contractor to your property, and keep a record of the work performed. We use it for nothing else.
Who we share it with
When we assign work to one of our licensed contractors, we share the details that partner needs to attend your property and carry out the job. That is typically the site address, a contact name and phone number, and the description of the problem. We share nothing beyond what the job requires.
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, which delivers them to our email. Page view measurement is processed by Cloudflare, who serve this website and provide the analytics described above. We may also share information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep service records, including job documentation and photographs, for as long as needed to support warranty claims, resolve disputes and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies at all. That has not changed and it is why you see no consent banner here.
It does now run analytics, and the two are separate things. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures which pages are read and how fast they load, and it does so without a cookie, without fingerprinting and without following anyone between sites. It runs for every visitor rather than being switched off in any region. Our cookie notice sets out what it collects in more detail.
Your choices
Write to service@trionxservices.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
