What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the service request form, that is your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, property address, the trade and urgency you selected, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, quote and schedule work, dispatch the right trade partner to your property, and keep a record of the work performed. That is the entire purpose.
Who we share it with
When we assign work to one of our trade partners, we share the details that partner needs to attend your property and carry out the job. That is typically the site address, a contact name and phone number, and the description of the problem. We share nothing beyond what the job requires.
Form submissions are processed by our form provider, which delivers them to our email. We may also share information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep service records, including job documentation and photographs, for as long as needed to support warranty claims, resolve disputes and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this notice.
Your choices
Write to service@trionxservices.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond promptly.
