Service area
We are a Miami company covering Miami-Dade County, and nowhere else. Knowing the buildings and the traffic is what lets us give you a window we can hold to.
Miami-Dade is really several commercial property markets sharing a county line. A Brickell office tower, a Doral distribution warehouse, a Miami Beach hotel and a Hialeah food plant have different building stock, different equipment and different access constraints, and they fail in different ways.
Staying inside one county is a deliberate choice. It keeps our response times real, and it means the people doing the work already know that coastal properties corrode faster, that Brickell buildings want a COI on file before anyone reaches the freight elevator, and that a Doral roof carries twelve rooftop units.
From our office on West Flagler Street we cover the whole county, with every trade under a single vendor number and emergency dispatch around the clock.

Submarkets
We cover the whole county. These are the submarkets we get dispatched to most often, and each has its own building stock and its own recurring problems.

Retail-dominated, high-rise and held to a finish standard most of the county is not.

Older mixed stock along Biscayne and 125th Street, mostly independently owned and operated.

Light industrial, distribution and big-box retail, with an event calendar that moves the whole area.

Agricultural, cold storage and growing retail, at the southern end of the county.

Suburban retail centers and neighborhood commercial, most of it rebuilt since 1992.

High-rise office, ground-floor retail and restaurant space in Miami's financial district.

Older mixed-use stock, street-level retail and professional office around Flagler Street and Government Center.

Warehouse, distribution and light industrial property clustered around Miami International Airport.

Boutique office, Miracle Mile retail and hospitality, in a city with firm views on how buildings should look.

Light industrial, food production and distribution across the county's working commercial core.

Hotels, restaurants and retail operating seven days a week, in the harshest environment in the county.

Suburban retail centers, medical office and multi-tenant commercial across south-west Miami-Dade.

Converted warehouses turned restaurants, galleries, breweries and creative office space.
Trade by submarket
Some pairings are different enough to be worth their own page. A Brickell tower and a Doral warehouse are both HVAC work, and almost nothing about the job is the same.

Our technicians handle the trades that need no state license, and licensed contractors handle the ones that do. Either way we scope it, book the visit and file the record. Tell us the property and the problem and we will come back with a window. Call out of hours and someone who works here answers.
