Commercial electrical, coordinated

Electrical is licensed work in Florida at any job size. TrionX does not perform it. We scope the fault, bring in a licensed electrician and manage the rest.

Coordinated through licensed contractors

We do not perform this work ourselves. Florida requires a licensed contractor for it at any size, with no exception for small jobs. TrionX scopes the work, brings in a licensed contractor, and handles scheduling, site access and the documentation afterward.

Which trades we perform, and who carries which insurance

An electrical fault in a commercial building rarely stays an electrical problem for long. A tripping breaker closes a kitchen. A panel that will not pass inspection holds up a tenant build-out, and the rent that was meant to start with it.

We cover commercial electrical work across Miami-Dade, from chasing a single intermittent circuit to replacing a panel. Licensed, insured electrical partners do the work to Florida commercial code. Every job closes with photographs and a written account of what was found and what was done about it.

What we coordinate

  • Electrical panel upgrades and replacement
  • Circuit breaker replacement and troubleshooting
  • Outlet, switch and receptacle installation
  • Dedicated circuits for commercial equipment
  • Intermittent fault and power-loss diagnosis
  • Code violation identification and correction
  • Exterior and parking lot electrical
  • Sign and signage circuit repair
  • GFCI and safety device testing
  • Emergency electrical response

Why TrionX

How we approach electrical work.

Intermittent faults get found properly

The expensive electrical problem is the one that only shows up twice a week. Tracking it down takes load testing and patience, and we brief the electrician on what the building has actually been doing rather than leaving them to start cold. Better an extra hour on the diagnosis than a second invoice for the same fault.

Code corrections documented for the inspector

When a violation is corrected, we photograph the condition before and after, and describe the correction in language that maps onto what the inspector actually flagged. Re-inspections go a lot more smoothly that way.

Work sequenced around your trading hours

Panel work usually means a planned outage. We schedule it for whenever it costs you least, whether that is early morning, after close or overnight, and we tell you exactly how long the power will be off before anyone starts.

Common questions

Electrical in Miami: questions we get asked

Are your electricians licensed in Florida?

All electrical work is performed by licensed, insured electrical contractors. TrionX does not perform it. We can provide license details and a certificate of insurance for the partner assigned to your property on request.

Can you help with a failed inspection or a code violation notice?

Yes. Send us the notice or the inspector's findings. We will scope the corrections, carry them out, and document each one so the re-inspection is straightforward. On older Miami commercial stock this is routine work for us.

Do you handle panel upgrades for tenant build-outs?

Yes, including dedicated circuits for kitchen equipment, IT rooms, signage and HVAC. If the existing service cannot carry the new load, you will hear that at the assessment stage, not halfway through the job.

What counts as an electrical emergency?

Loss of power to a trading area, burning smells, visible arcing, water reaching electrical equipment, or anything creating an immediate safety risk. Those go out 24/7. If you are unsure, call us and we will assess it.
